By downloading, installing, or using Weather Trace ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Weather Trace provides current weather, hourly forecasts, and daily forecasts based on your location. The App also lets you switch languages and view version and legal links in Settings. No account or in-app purchase is required.
The App depends on iOS Location Services, network access, and Apple WeatherKit. Some features require iOS 16 or later. Availability can vary by device, region, signal quality, and Apple service status.
Weather information is provided for general reference only. Forecasts can change quickly, may be delayed, and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on the App as your only source for emergency, travel, marine, aviation, or other safety-critical decisions. Follow official alerts and local authorities.
You are responsible for your device, data plan, network access, and location permission choices. You must use the App lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the App, Apple's services, or other users.
You may not reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or misuse the App; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or use the App in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
The App and its content are owned by ChainBox or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the App under these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChainBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Contact: support@chainbox.app
