By downloading, installing, or using PDF Tools Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

3. Service Description

PDF Tools Pro provides PDF viewing, annotation, page management, merge/split, conversion, encryption/decryption, and scan/OCR features. Availability may vary by device model, OS version, storage state, and system permissions.

4. License

ChainBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have rights to process, edit, or share documents
• Verifying output quality and content correctness
• Backing up important files before irreversible operations

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to bypass App protections
• Interfere with App operation, security, or service infrastructure

7. Third-Party Services

Some functions rely on Apple platform capabilities and other third-party components. Their terms and availability may affect your use.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and related materials remain with ChainBox and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership.

9. No Professional Advice

The App is a document productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, archival, or compliance certification advice. You are responsible for independent verification when accuracy is critical.

10. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the App at any time, with or without notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainBox from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
