By downloading, installing or using Net Sec Tools (the "App") you agree to these Terms.

2. Service scope

This application provides the following functions:

• Equipment safety inspection and scoring;
• Network security inspection and scoring;
• Privacy permission check and rating;
• Safety advice and operation guidance;
• Language switching and legal link in settings page.

The results of this app are based on your device's current system status, authorization status, and network status. Feature availability may vary depending on device model, iOS version, region, system permissions, and network conditions.

3. Conditions of use

You understand and agree:

• Some checks of this application require reading the current security or permission status of the system;
• Some suggestions require you to manually go to the system settings to complete the adjustment;
• The current version does not require account login to use core functions;
• The current version does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

4. Account and data

• This application currently does not require account registration or login.
• Language settings, exam history and resolved records are saved locally on the device by default.
• You are responsible for the maintenance of your equipment, system and account, and are responsible for the decisions you make based on the results of this application.

5. Legal use

You agree to only use this application in compliance with laws, regulations, platform rules and these Terms.

6. Prohibited Behavior

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with or attempt to circumvent the security check of this application;
• Interfere with the normal operation of this application, system or related services;
• Use the App to engage in illegal, fraudulent, malicious or unauthorized activities;
• Abuse this application or its related services in automated, batched or other inappropriate ways.

7. Third Party Services and Availability

This application relies on the system capabilities provided by Apple to read device status, permission status, and network status. When you click a legal link in an app, it may open an external webpage or CDN resource managed by ChainBox.

This application does not guarantee that all inspection results will remain unchanged at any time, nor does it guarantee that they will be completely consistent on all devices, all system versions, or all network environments. Safety ratings and recommendations are for reference only and do not constitute an absolute safety commitment.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in the Application and its associated content are owned by ChainBox and its licensors.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. We try our best to make the check results as accurate as possible, but the system status, permission status and network status may change at any time, so this application does not guarantee that the identification results are completely correct, nor does it guarantee that the device is absolutely safe.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ChainBox SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.

10. Terms Update and Contact Information

We may update these Terms based on product or compliance requirements. Continued use of the App after updates constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
