By downloading, installing, or using LocalBeats ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Scope
LocalBeats provides:
- local audio file import and playback;
- media library browsing, sorting, and basic file details;
- Wi-Fi LAN import from a computer browser to your iPhone on the same local network;
- background playback capability supported by iOS.
Feature availability may vary by device model, iOS version, file format support, and local network environment.
3. Usage Requirements
You understand and agree that:
- related permissions are required for corresponding features (for example, Local Network for Wi-Fi import);
- you are responsible for media files you import and for compliance with applicable copyright and content laws;
- you are responsible for your device, storage space, and local network environment.
4. Lawful Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- reverse engineer, tamper with, abuse, or disrupt the App;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, services, or network traffic;
- use the App to process or distribute content that violates law or third-party rights.
6. Data and Availability
- The App stores imported media and related state locally on your device.
- You are responsible for your own local backups and data management.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features at all times.
7. Third-Party and System Dependencies
Some functions depend on Apple iOS system capabilities (such as audio session, document picker, and local network services). Their availability and behavior may affect your experience.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App and related content belong to ChainBox and its licensors.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms based on product or compliance needs. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
