By downloading, installing, or using IdeaMic ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Scope

The App provides voice recording, speech-to-text transcription, conversation history management, and text-to-speech playback. Availability may vary by device capability, OS version, language support, and network conditions.

3. Usage Conditions

You understand and agree that:

• Required permissions (such as microphone and speech recognition) must be granted for related features to work.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device, system, and network environment meet usage requirements.

4. Accounts and Data

The current version does not require account sign-in. Conversation history and related settings are stored locally on your device by default.

5. Lawful Use

You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms, and you are responsible for the content you input, record, or process.

6. Prohibited Actions

You may not reverse engineer, tamper with, abuse, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the App or related services, including through abusive automation.

7. Third-Party Capabilities and Subscription Notice

• Some functions rely on Apple system capabilities and ChainBox document-delivery infrastructure.
• The subscription page in the current version is a feature demo (local state simulation) and does not represent a real paid subscription service.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and related content belong to ChainBox and its licensors.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Speech recognition and generated text may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying important content. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, ChainBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms based on product or compliance needs. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
