By downloading, installing, or using cYBerScRipts (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using the App. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, use must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

ChainBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. Service Scope

The App provides an idle text-game experience, including progression systems, optional leaderboard features, and ad-based reward flows. Features may change over time.

5. Ads and Virtual Benefits

• The App may show rewarded advertisements.
• Virtual rewards, currencies, items, and progression are in-app digital benefits only.
• Virtual benefits have no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for money unless required by law.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some features rely on third-party services (for example Apple Game Center, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics). Availability and behavior may depend on those providers and your account status with them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
• use cheats, bots, scripts, or exploit vulnerabilities;
• interfere with service integrity, ad systems, or leaderboard fairness;
• use the App for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content (excluding third-party materials) belong to ChainBox or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary, including for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or legal compliance reasons.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
