1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Cheer Loop ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Scope

Cheer Loop provides:

• text and doodle creation for cheer content;
• configurable playback (including speed and optional max brightness);
• local history save and replay;
• optional premium subscription features.

Feature availability may vary by device, OS version, and regional store conditions.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Premium subscriptions (if offered) are processed via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple account and App Store policies.
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

4. Lawful Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• reverse engineer, tamper with, or abuse the App;
• interfere with app stability, systems, or normal operation;
• use the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

6. Data and Availability

• The App may store your created content and history locally on your device.
• You are responsible for managing your own content and local backups.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features at all times.

7. Third-Party Services

Some functionality depends on third-party services (such as Apple StoreKit and iOS system capabilities). Their availability and behavior may affect your experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and related content belong to ChainBox and its licensors.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms based on product or compliance needs. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
