This Privacy Policy explains how ChainBox ("we", "our", or "us") processes information when you use Cheer Loop ("the App").

2. Information We Process

• Content you create in the App: cheer text, doodle strokes, style selections, playback settings, and related metadata.
• Local history data: snapshots you choose to save are stored on your device for history display and replay.
• App preference data: language, feature state, and related local settings.
• Subscription state: purchase and entitlement information for premium features is processed by Apple StoreKit.
• Limited technical diagnostics: basic error/status signals used to keep features stable.

3. Permissions and Device Features

• The App may temporarily raise screen brightness during playback if you enable that option.
• The current Cheer Loop core features do not require account sign-in.
• The current Cheer Loop core features do not require camera, microphone, or photo-library access.

4. How We Use Information

We process information only to:

• provide cheer creation, editing, and playback features;
• provide local history and restore your in-app state;
• enable and restore premium entitlements through Apple;
• maintain app reliability and security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We share only the minimum necessary data with service providers when required to provide features, including Apple services for in-app purchases and entitlement validation.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Cheer history and related settings are stored locally on your device.
• You can remove local history from within the App.
• Uninstalling the App removes app-local data unless retained by iOS backup settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy based on product or compliance changes. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
